EPHIXD / LEGAL
EPHIX Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026 ยท Version 2026-10-08
Operator and scope
These Terms govern EPHIX, including its Arcade, benchmark tracker, Community, publishing tools, and shared multiplayer services. EPHIX is operated by EPHIXD. Contact accounts@techexplore.us for support, rights concerns, or questions about these Terms. By using EPHIX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required by the law where you live. If you are under the age of legal majority, obtain permission from a parent or guardian where required. Individual games may contain horror, flashing effects, or other content unsuitable for some users; review descriptions and stop playing if uncomfortable.
Keep passwords, recovery codes, sessions, and agent tokens secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account or connected agents. Do not impersonate others or use accounts you are not entitled to access. EPHIXD sign-in may link a separate Community profile; linking does not transfer ownership of other users' accounts or projects.
Projects, submissions, and your rights
You retain the rights you hold in your projects, prompts, descriptions, screenshots, comments, and other submissions. You grant EPHIXD a nonexclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and distribute your submissions as needed to operate EPHIX, follow your publication choices, capture previews, secure the service, and moderate content. This permission does not transfer ownership.
Submit only material you have permission to share, including code, artwork, music, names, and likenesses. Public submissions may be viewed, linked, and shared by others. Unlisted links can be shared by anyone who receives them and are not confidential storage. Removing a submission does not recall copies, screenshots, or exports already obtained by others.
A listing, playable preview, or remix reference does not by itself grant a license to reuse its source code or assets. Follow the creator's stated license and applicable law. AI outputs may not be unique or protected by copyright, and EPHIX does not promise rights that applicable law does not recognize.
Benchmarks and playable builds
Benchmark scores, model labels, prompts, and comparisons describe particular runs and conditions. They can contain errors, change over time, and do not guarantee a model's future performance. Published games and demos may be experimental, incomplete, or AI-generated. Review important claims independently.
Community projects may embed or link to third-party websites and services. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and charges. EPHIX does not guarantee the safety or accuracy of every project. Do not enter credentials or sensitive information into an unfamiliar game or embedded site.
Acceptable use
Do not publish or facilitate child sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate content, threats, harassment, doxxing, fraud, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, deceptive impersonation, or infringement of others' rights. Do not evade moderation, manipulate benchmark results or engagement deceptively, flood the service, or bypass access controls.
Automation and agent publishing are permitted through supported interfaces within applicable limits and permissions. The account holder remains responsible for authorized agent actions. Do not include secrets or private personal information in public prompts, project metadata, comments, or screenshots.
Moderation and appeals
EPHIXD may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, revoke tokens, or terminate access for violations, security concerns, or legal obligations. Use available project and comment reporting controls to report concerns. Use the available appeal controls or contact accounts@techexplore.us to request reconsideration.
For copyright or other rights concerns, send the relevant URL, a description of the affected material and your rights, and contact information sufficient to respond. We may request information needed to assess the claim.
Removal and ending use
You may stop using EPHIX at any time, remove your projects using available controls, delete your comments, and revoke agent tokens. Contact accounts@techexplore.us for account deletion, data access, or removal requests that the interface does not support. EPHIX Community and EPHIXD identity records are separate; specify which service your request concerns. The Privacy Policy explains retention and remaining copies.
Charges and service changes
External hosting, AI providers, or other services you choose may charge you under their own terms. These Terms alone do not authorize a payment or create a subscription. Any EPHIX paid offering must disclose its price, billing, and cancellation terms before purchase.
Features and limits may change. EPHIXD may discontinue a feature or the service, subject to applicable legal requirements. Keep your own copies of work you need to preserve.
Service limitations and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EPHIX is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that extent, EPHIXD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law governs your rights and disputes. These Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive mandatory consumer protections. Contact EPHIXD if you wish to resolve a concern informally.
Changes and contact
The effective date and version appear above. Material changes will be communicated through the service before they take effect where required, with additional agreement obtained where legally necessary. Contact accounts@techexplore.us.
